Virtual, PR and marketing agency serving B2B healthcare IT organizations is seeking a personable, organized, creative and dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an eager problem solver and fast learner who understands digital marketing, digital communications, and has a love of analytics and reporting. We are looking for someone well versed in digital marketing – from search engine marketing to website analytics to email marketing campaigns. If you are a self-motivated strategic thinker with great ideas, writing skills and the ability to work with our team in flawlessly executing digital marketing programs for multiple client accounts, this position is for you!

Your duties will include planning, implementing and monitoring multiple clients’ digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks and working with our Social Media Manager and Senior Graphic Designer to fulfill digital marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing strategy, website performance, digital marketing campaigns and analytics.

Requirements:
  • The ability to work independently, while effectively managing time and organizing tasks in a non-traditional, home-office environment.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or corporate B2B environment. Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare, or technology B2B industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn and execute new processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot and Mailchimp a requirement. Other marketing automation and email distribution platforms a plus.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities, as well as the ability to communicate those analyses to both internal teams and client executives.
  • Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Skillful writer who can create high-level content and provide editing / messaging feedback to others on effective marketing content.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to team functions, training sessions and tradeshows (2-5 trips per year).
  • Graphic design and/or website development experience a plus, but not required.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

·         The Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and administering our company’s computer networks.
·         Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, Maintaining our repository and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary.
·         You will also be working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.
·         Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
·         Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
·         Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
·         Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
·         Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
·         Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
·         Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
·         Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
·         Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
·         Coordinating computer network access and use.
·         Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.


Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus. A second class upper or first class from a top-tier university
·         At least 2 years’ experience as a network engineer.
·         Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
·         Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
·         Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
·         Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
·         Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
·         Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
·         Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
·         Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
·         A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
·         Dependable and flexible when necessary.
·         Network security experience.
·         LAN and WAN experience.
·         Good supervisory experience.
