Opportunity
As Pricing Analyst for the Contract Logistics (CL)
group, this role will support profitable growth in North America CL through
mainly non-technological Support profitable growth in NAM CL through mainly
non-technological innovation in the customer lifecycle process which enhances
customer retention and stickiness. Support warehouses in adoption of robotics.
Support out-of-the-box innovation for CL to disrupt the market.
Key responsibilities
SFDC Updates and Communications
Customer pricing for contract logistics
Margins and pricing framework to allow profitable
growth
Data Analytics around Post/Pre models
Assisting the Pricing Managers with Global Pricing
Deals
Surcharge management
Pricing for WnD products
Required qualification, experience & skills
Highschool diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree in related industry or field highly preferred
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience with logistics,
transportation or similar industry
Team-oriented and passionate about proactive
collaboration with global colleagues across multiple functions and cultures
Highly motivated and self-driven
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
Have deep understanding of financial modeling
techniques and metrics, such as ROI calculations, internal rate of return, NPV
and payback periods.
Comfortable navigating dynamic matrix organizations

through on the job experiences, knowledge sharing with colleagues and trying
new things.
Travel is expected for 10% of time. Purpose of
travel can vary from customer/internal meetings to onsite location visits
Expected Working Hours
This position generally requires availability for a
40 hour work week during standard business hours. It may also require overtime availability
during the week past standard business hours and/or on weekends or
holidays. All overtime worked will be
compensated in accordance with any local, state, or federal law, as applicable.
