The Enterprise Risk Senior Analyst is responsible
for ensuring Nestle’s medium to long-term risks are managed systemically to
inform the risk profile. As the Sr Analyst, you will interface with
cross-functional stakeholders across Zone North America (NA) to assess
financial and non-financial risks from a holistic approach. You will be
responsible for the monitoring of risks, performance against actions and
facilitation of the feedback loop between Zone NA decision makers. An annual report is created to share the Top
10 risks and emerging trends that will have a material impact on business
strategy. Best in class risk management software and tools utilized.
Steps to manage the Enterprise Risk process include:
Identify Controls & KPIs through interviews with
leaders in the organization
Quantify Risk / Develop Risk Appetite Statement
& KRIs
Capture risks in risk management software to ensure
proper classification, monitoring and reporting
Streamline Escalation Path
Drive analysis to determine underlying root-cause of
risk, triggers, and megatrends
Present trends to Executive leadership and business
leads
As the Enterprise Risk Sr Analyst, you will lead a
monthly cross-functional Continuous Organizational Resilience & Excellence
(CORE) meeting to focus on internal risks and perform after action reviews on
actual incidents. Key outcomes of the
meetings are to learn about the failures, how we can capture action to prevent
them from repeating, identify trends and link them back to the Enterprise Risk
process to ensure we are managing risks appropriately as an organization.
You will work closely with Corporate Affairs
organization to participate in the cross-functional monthly Issues Round Table
(IRT) meeting that focuses on external risks and how evolving regulations,
public/NGO opinion, etc. may impact the organization. Support includes creating heat maps of
various issues to help the IRT prioritize them for discussion.
As the Sr Analyst, you will work closely with legal,
audit and internal controls to create the agenda for the quarterly Audit &
Compliance Committee meeting where risks, incidents and issues are discussed
and presented to Zone North America Executive Leadership Team members.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in
Enterprise Risk Management
BA degree required
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks,
risk technology platforms and experience conducting risk assessments preferred
Embedding a risk culture in a rapidly expanding
business desirable
Experience with CPG and manufacturing industry
preferred
