Vacancy For Brand & CRM Marketing Specialist At Virgin Atlantic

Virgin Atlantic is looking for a Brand & CRM Marketing Specialist to help maximize the development and execution of brand advertising and loyalty campaigns to achieve brand goals and commercial objectives. In addition to playing an instrumental role on the US Marketing team, this person will work closely with agency partners, UK-based Brand, CRM & Loyalty teams, and key external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns. Another key part of this role is tracking campaign performance, consumer and category trends, and competitive activity to identify relevant insights and implications for Virgin Atlantic.
Day to day
  • Support the execution of US brand marketing strategy and plans to drive increased brand awareness, consideration and commitment.
  • Work closely with UK team on global adaptation of assets, ensuring consistency as well as identifying unique asset needs of US market
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with agencies and brand design on appropriate campaigns ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Deliver US specific campaigns to acquire, retain and actively engage Flying Club members to drive NPS and achieve targets.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all communications, especially DOT fare led advertising
  • Measure campaign effectiveness- overseeing campaign performance tracking and post-campaign reporting. Ensure insights and implications are shared across the US marketing team and other partners where relevant.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationships with key internal and external partners to execute effective campaigns. Proactively identify new opportunities for deepening the partnerships.
  • Execute campaign to acquire and retain Virgin Atlantic World Elite ™ Mastercard ® cardholders and achieve program KPIs. Ensure legal compliance across communications.
  • Support with the administration of the marketing communications budget for Brand Marketing & CRM.
  • Identify applicable internal analytics tools/programs and leverage to provide insights for the team.
  • Lead quarterly competitive reviews. Stay on top of relevant industry and communication trends and identify opportunities for Virgin Atlantic to stay ahead of the curve.

About you
The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree. Proven track record of leading 360 degree campaigns in a leading consumer brand (preferably in the US market). Highly organized with ability to combine strategic direction with hands-on, tactical execution of programs. Passionate about creative ideas and thinking outside-of-the-box. Understanding of digital marketing and social media. Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media. Highly numerate and analytical. Ability to handle data and analytics software and identify patterns/trends. SEO search a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, with strong attention to detail, schedules and budgets. Ability to work effectively independently and on teams. Superior communications, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills. Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, fluid and fun environment.

·         The Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and administering our company’s computer networks.
·         Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, Maintaining our repository and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary.
·         You will also be working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.
·         Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
·         Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
·         Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
·         Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
·         Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
·         Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
·         Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
·         Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.
·         Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
·         Coordinating computer network access and use.
·         Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.


Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology related field of study with a network engineering focus. A second class upper or first class from a top-tier university
·         At least 2 years’ experience as a network engineer.
·         Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
·         Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
·         Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
·         Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
·         Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
·         Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection.
·         Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
